The Waco Community Choir (WCC) was formed on September 15, 2012 as a guest Choir to Minister during a Womens Conference. The Conference was coordinated by Shelia Brown of New Seasons Productions, which featured Gospel Artists and Guest Speakers such as Dorinda Clark-Cole, Kim Burrell and Karen Clark-Sheard. The Choir so enjoyed singing, Ministering and Fellowshipping with each other that they decided to stay together, thus forming the Waco Community Choir. Since that time, WCC has Ministered alongside or on the same bill as Ricky Dillard, Anita Wilson, Kathy Taylor, Myron Butler, Keith Pringle and Brent Jones.
The Waco Community Choir is comprised of over 70 singers from 17 different Churches across the Waco/Temple area. The Choir even represents 5 different Denominations.
WCC is under the Leadership and Direction of Minister Thomas Brooks and Rhonda Davis-Cooper (the Director and Assistant Director) alongside four band members. The Choir has traveled extensively accepting invitations all over the State of Texas. WCC continues to minister Gods word and love through song.
